A classic you can’t miss! Once you add the fresh garlic to the beef, work quickly to get the remaining ingredients added to the skillet to prevent burnt garlic. Also note that this is a great meal for leftovers. To reheat, add a touch or milk or heavy cream, and then heat on the stove in a skillet.

Ingredients:
  • 1 pound Certified Angus Beef ® ground beef, (80-85% lean)
  • 2 teaspoons canola oil
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 12 ounces egg noodles
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
  1. Heat a large skillet on medium-high heat, add oil and ground beef to sear. Spread quickly to an even layer, allow to brown on one side. Flip and break up ground beef to cook through. When very little pink remains, add salt, onion powder, paprika, pepper and fresh garlic. Stir, sear an additional 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant.
  2. Stir in Worcestershire and Dijon followed by beef broth and heavy cream; bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  3. Add in egg noodles, making sure noodles are covered in liquid; simmer uncovered until soft, about 10 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat to low, stir in cream cheese and sour cream. Garnish with chopped parsley, serve.
