Ingredients:
  • 1 1/4 cups mayonnaise (Duke's preferred)
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions:
  1. Stir together all ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Transfer to an airtight container and store refrigerated, up to two weeks.
  2. Serve with smoked beef like Certified Angus Beef ® brisket burnt ends or back ribs.
