A bright marinade with fresh herbs, garlic, and wine adds incredible flavor to your favorite cut of beef. Treat your family with Herb Marinated Steak to celebrate summer.
  • 2 (12-16 ounce) Certified Angus Beef ® flat iron or sirloin steaks
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon minced shallots
  • 1 tablespoon Lea & Perrins® Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary (or 1 teaspoon dried, hand-crushed)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh sage (or 1 teaspoon dried)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme (or 1 teaspoon dried)
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  1. Combine all marinade ingredients and selected steaks in a zipper-locking, plastic bag. Squeeze air out of bag and seal. Refrigerate overnight.
  2. Discard all marinade ingredients and pat steaks dry. Grill or broil steaks to desired doneness (125-130°F for medium rare). Allow to rest 5-10 minutes and slice thinly across the grain.
  3. Serving suggestion: serve over a salad of mixed spring greens, grilled zucchini, tomatoes, cucumbers and chives.
