Roquefort Steak Butter

Blue cheese chive butter melting on a hot steak is simply incredible! Make this easy Roquefort Steak Butter recipe to add a special flavor touch to tender, juicy steaks.

Ingredients:

  • 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh chives
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Cream butter in small bowl using a fork or electric mixer. Gradually blend in cheese, chives, salt and pepper. Place 2 to 3 teaspoons onto each hot, grilled or broiled steak. Butter melts to form a sauce.
