Certified Angus Beef - “Pass the Beef” Los Angeles

SWEEPSTAKES RULES

** Please read these sweepstakes rules carefully. These rules apply to the “Pass the Beef” Los Angeles Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”). administered by Certified Angus Beef LLC. If you enter the Sweepstakes, we will assume that you have read these rules and that you agree with them.

1. Sweepstakes are hosted and sponsored by Certified Angus Beef, LLC, 206 Riffel Road, Wooster, Ohio.

2. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or to win. Maximum limit of one (1) entry per person, except as stated otherwise in these Rules. Use of any automated system, script, or robotic method to participate in the Sweepstakes is prohibited and will result in automatic disqualification.

3. Sweepstakes are open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) U.S. States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older.

4. Employees of Certified Angus Beef, Facebook and Instagram – and their immediate family members - are ineligible to participate. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children, and grandchildren.

5. Odds of winning depend on the total number of valid entries received.

6. Sweepstakes shall take place exclusively through Facebook.com and Instagram.com and shall begin May 1, 2026 at 7:00am (Eastern Standard Time) and end on May 11, 2026 at 11:59pm (Eastern Standard Time) (“Sweepstakes Period”). Entries will be deemed completed when received by Certified Angus Beef LLC. To be accepted, entries must be received within the Sweepstakes Period. Late entries will not be accepted or considered.

7. During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants may enter by completing the following actions on @CertifiedAngusBeef’s Facebook and Instagram channels: (1 entry awarded for successful completion on each channel):

a. Like the official Sweepstakes post

b. Follow @CertifiedAngusBeef

c. Tag at least three (3) friends in separate comments in the comment section of the post.

Note, Entrants may receive additional entries for performing any of the following actions:

• Tagging additional friends in separate comments

• Sharing the original Sweepstakes post to their story and tagging @CertifiedAngusBeef.com

• Registering for the Certified Angus Beef “In the Kitchen” newsletter through the designated landing page at https://www.certifiedangusbeef.com/en/pass-the-beef. Entrants must complete all required fields on the signup form to qualify for the bonus entry.

8. Entries must be submitted by the authorized account holder of the social media account used to enter. All entries will be deemed to be made by the Facebook or Instagram account holder and, for bonus entries, the individual listed on the form.

9. Certified Angus Beef LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of these Sweepstakes, or to be acting in violation of these Rules. Any individual who attempts to take advantage of the entry rules will have all of their entries disqualified.

10. Certified Angus Beef LLC accepts no responsibility for entries not received for any reason.

11. One (1) sweepstakes winner will be drawn at random by a Certified Angus Beef employee no later than May 18, 2026, through a randomizer. The decision of Certified Angus Beef LLC will be final.

12. Grand prize winner will receive two (2) tickets to the FIFA World Cup professional soccer match at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California on June 12,, 2026 between the USA and Paraguay (Group Stage). Approximate Retail Prize Value: $4750.

13. Winning prize includes tickets, only. All expenses incurred by Sweepstakes winner, including flights, hotel, lodging, meals and other expenses related to attendance at the match are the sole responsibility of the winner.

14. Sweepstakes winner (and any alternate winners) will be notified via Facebook or Instagram Direct Message and will have 48 hours from the date and time message is sent to respond and claim his/her prize. If a selected winner fails to respond within 48 hours, he/she will forfeit their prize and an alternate winner(s) may be drawn, at random.

15. In order to accept the prize, the Sweepstakes winner must complete and sign a Form W-9. Winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the estimated value of the prize package (ie, $4,750).

16. Tickets will be delivered as mobile tickets closer to the date of the event. Winner will need to establish a FIFA online account in order to accept delivery.

17. Sweepstakes winner is solely responsible for paying all local, county, state and federal taxes on prizes based on the estimated retail value of the prizes. Please contact a tax specialist should you have questions related to your tax obligations.

18. Winner acknowledges that Certified Angus Beef LLC has the right to publicize his/her name, likeness and photograph, without financial remuneration. Any videos containing the winner must receive prior approval from the winner before using.

19. There will be no substitutions for any prizes except at the sole discretion of Certified Angus Beef LLC. Any substitutions shall be for a prize of similar value.

20. No prize or part of a prize is exchangeable for cash.

21. Prizes are not transferable or assignable.

22. Anyone desiring to mail in their sweepstakes entry in lieu of taking part in the Facebook/Instagram entry may do so by submitting a request for entry on an index card and mailing to: Certified Angus Beef LLC, 206 Riffel Road, Wooster, Ohio 44691. An additional bonus entry can also be obtained by providing the name of the entrant’s preferred retailer. All submissions must be postmarked at least 3 days prior to the ending date for the Sweepstakes. All entries, whether submitted via social media, the “In the Kitchen” signup, or the alternative method of entry, have an equal chance of winning. Use of the alternative method of entry will not result in any disadvantage or fewer entries compared to other methods.

23. Those individuals desiring a winner’s list or a copy of these rules may do so by mailing your request to Certified Angus Beef LLC, along with a self-addressed stamped envelope.

24. At the discretion of Certified Angus Beef LLC, Sweepstakes winner may be asked to sign a standard release prior to receiving prize. By entering this sweepstakes, entrants waive any and all claims of liability against Certified Angus Beef LLC, Facebook and Instagram and their respective parents, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents, for any and all claims, loss, damage or injury which may occur as a result of entrant’s participation in a sweepstakes.

25. Entrants provide information to Certified Angus Beef LLC and not to Facebook or Instagram.

26. Neither Facebook, Instagram nor FIFA are affiliated in any way with Certified Angus Beef LLC or Sweepstakes. These Sweepstakes are in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, Instagram or FIFA.

27. Certified Angus Beef reserves the right to amend these Sweepstakes rules at any time by publishing the amended sweepstakes rules and/or specific sweepstakes rules on the relevant Sweepstakes page.

28. Certified Angus Beef reserves the right to cancel these Sweepstakes if there is evidence of hacking, security breach, or other tampering; or if necessary, due to any technical problems.

29. Sweepstakes prize is courtesy of Certified Angus Beef LLC.

30. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants are agreeing to Certified Angus Beef (not Facebook or Instagram) storing and using the information collected in the manner and for the purposes stated in the Certified Angus Beef Privacy Policy (https://www.certifiedangusbeef.com/en/business/legal-privacy-policy)

31. Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, courts of Cuyahoga County and are subject to all applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.
