CERTIFIED ANGUS BEEF

RETAIL BRANDING REQUEST FORM

If approved for branding, the following points and information provided on the form will be considered the retail store’s expectations as a branded partner. (Specific information provided on the form can be updated, as needed.)

• Retailer will purchase Certified Angus Beef® product from only approved suppliers.
• Certified Angus Beef® product will be the exclusive Angus-labeled beef product in the fresh meat case.
• In cases where Certified Angus Beef® products are distributed through a company-owned distribution facility, Retailer agrees to report all sales of Certified Angus Beef® product for each store in accordance with reporting requirements, which will be sent separately.
• Upon ceasing to carry Certified Angus Beef® product, or if either the Retailer or Certified Angus Beef voluntarily decides to end the partnership, the Retailer will immediately remove any and all Certified Angus Beef® trademarks including labels, signs, advertisements and other point-of-sale material.
• Approval to use the Certified Angus Beef® trademarks is non-transferable to new owners without express approval from Certified Angus Beef.
