Dijon Flank Steak

Serves 6


  • 1 1/2 pounds Certified Angus Beef ® flank steak
  • 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste


  1. Rub flank steak with Dijon mustard. Place in zipper-locking bag; marinate 6 to 8 hours in refrigerator.
  2. Coat both sides of steak with pepper.
  3. Grill to desired doneness. Allow to rest 5 minutes.
  4. Slice across the grain.
