Grilled Top Sirloin with Bok Choy

Serves 4
Deliciously marinated sirloin tip center steak grilled and served with stir-fried bok choy. Make this easy recipe for a quick and healthy meal.
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 pounds Certified Angus Beef ® top sirloin steak
  • 1/2 cup Lea & Perrins® Worcestershire Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced
  • 1/2 head bok choy cabbage, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3 scallions, chopped
Instructions:
  1. Combine Worcestershire, vinegar, mustard and pepper. In large zipper-locking plastic bag pour marinade over sirloin tip center steak. Marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a large sauté pan. Sauté onions until transparent. Add garlic, cabbage, ginger, scallions and soy sauce; toss and sauté until cabbage wilts.
  3. Remove steak; discard marinade. Grill or broil to desired doneness. Let rest 5 minutes. Slice thinly across the grain and serve over bok choy.
