Asian Rub

Yields 1/4 cup, ideal for 2 pounds Certified Angus Beef® brand product

Make this easy Asian Rub recipe and keep it in your pantry to use on your favorite cut of beef. The seasoning mix is perfect for both steaks and roasts.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons dry minced chives
  • 1 tablespoon garlic granules
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher or sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon dry ground ginger

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients and rub into selected Certified Angus Beef® brand cut just before grilling or cooking.
