  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced radishes
  • 1 cup thinly sliced tomatoes
  • 6 8–inch pita bread rounds, cut in half horizontally creating 2 (8-inch) rounds
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 ounces micro greens
  • 1 1/2 pounds cooked Certified Angus Beef ® top sirloin, shredded
  • 1 recipe
  1. Wrap pita rounds heavy-duty foil and heat.
  2. Season shredded top sirloin with salt and pepper as needed. Heat to 160°F.
  3. To assemble, place 2 to 3 tomato slices on each pita round, top with 4 ounces top sirloin shreds, 2 teaspoons radishes, 2 to 3 tablespoons micro greens and 1 to 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese. Drizzle with 1 1/2 tablespoons vinaigrette, wrap and serve.
