Enjoy soft pita bread wraps filled with shredded top sirloin roast, parmesan, radishes, tomatoes, and micro greens. Make this easy recipe for a flavorful lunch or quick dinner.

Ingredients:
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup thinly sliced radishes
1 cup thinly sliced tomatoes
6 8–inch pita bread rounds, cut in half horizontally creating 2 (8-inch) rounds
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 ounces micro greens
1 1/2 pounds cooked

Instructions:
Wrap pita rounds heavy-duty foil and heat.
Season shredded top sirloin with salt and pepper as needed. Heat to 160°F.
To assemble, place 2 to 3 tomato slices on each pita round, top with 4 ounces top sirloin shreds, 2 teaspoons radishes, 2 to 3 tablespoons micro greens and 1 to 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese. Drizzle with 1 1/2 tablespoons vinaigrette, wrap and serve.
