Ingredients:
1/4 cup coarse ground black pepper
2 tablespoons coriander seeds
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 tablespoon turbinado sugar
2 teaspoons paprika
1 1/2 teaspoons granulated garlic
1 1/2 teaspoons granulated onion
1 teaspoon ancho chili powder
Instructions:
Combine coriander and mustard seed; coarsely grind in a spice grinder. If grinder is not available, place in a heavy-duty zipper-locking bag and place on a cutting board. Using a meat mallet or rolling pin, crack seeds until all have been coarsely broken.
Combine ground spices with all remaining ingredients.
