** Please read these Giveaway rules carefully. These rules apply to all Giveaways administered by Certified Angus Beef LLC. If you enter a Certified Angus Beef Giveaway, we will assume that you have read these rules and that you agree to them.
1. Giveaways are hosted and sponsored by Certified Angus Beef LLC, 206 Riffle Rd. Wooster, Ohio 44691 and are open only to U.S. residents, 18 years of age or older. Employees of Certified Angus Beef LLC, and their immediate family members are ineligible to participate. The term “immediate family” shall include spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren.
2.No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or to win. Winners will be determined by the first one hundred (100) qualifying individuals that complete and submit their entries via YouTube. Maximum limit of one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries will not be counted.
3. To enter, eligible individuals must fill out the form in the description under the video “Bryan’s Burger World x George Motz”. complete a form on the link provided (Monday.com). Entries shall be deemed successful when a completed form is received by Certified Angus Beef LLC. Incorrect or incomplete entries will not be accepted or considered and Certified Angus Beef accepts no responsibility for entries that are not received for any reason.
4. Entries may not contain: (1) information that is deemed to be obscene or lewd; (2) material that violates or infringes another’s rights, including privacy, publicity, or intellectual property; (3) material that is hateful or defamatory; or (4) material that is unlawful or in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any state. Submissions containing such prohibited content and/or otherwise deemed by Certified Angus Beef LLC, in its sole discretion, to be inappropriate, will be disqualified.
5. All entries will be deemed to be made by the individual identified on the YouTube account.
6. Certified Angus Beef LLC reserves the right to cancel or suspend the Giveaway at any time and for any reason.
7. Giveaway winner will each receive a George Motz book; estimated prize value: $45.
8. Certified Angus Beef LLC has the right to publicize the name, likeness and photograph of Giveaway winner, without financial remuneration.
9. There will be no substitutions for any prizes except at the sole discretion of Certified Angus Beef LLC. Any substitutions shall be for a prize of similar value. No prize or part of a prize is exchangeable for cash. Prizes are not transferable or assignable.
10. Giveaway winner(s) are responsible for paying any local, county, state and federal taxes on prizes based on the estimated retail value of the prizes. Please contact a tax specialist should you have questions related to your tax obligations.
11. Giveaway winner(s) will be asked to complete and sign a Form W-9 for prizes over $600.00.
12. Certified Angus Beef LLC reserves the right to amend its Giveaway rules at any time and to cancel the Giveaway if there is evidence of hacking, security breach, or other tampering; or if necessary due to any technical problems.
13. Entrants are providing information to Certified Angus Beef LLC and not to YouTube.
14. YouTube is not affiliated with Certified Angus Beef LLC nor its Giveaways. Giveaways are in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by YouTube. By entering a Giveaway entrants waive any and all claims of liability against YouTube and its respective parents, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents, for any and all claims, loss, damage or injury which may occur as a result of entrant’s participation in a contest.
15. By entering a Giveaway, entrants are agreeing to Certified Angus Beef LLC storing and using the information collected in the manner and for the purposes outlined in the Certified Angus Beef Privacy Policy (https://www.certifiedangusbeef.com/en/business/legal-privacy-policy)
16. Giveaways are subject to all applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations. Void where Prohibited.
