Celebrating 40 Years

Book of Barn Stories

During our travels with Barn Artist Troy Freeman in 2018, we were reminded of the rich history and heartwarming stories these farm and ranch families have to share. We’ve taken the time to return to these barns. We’ve captured more photos, listened to more stories, and we’re proud to bring these agricultural legacies to life in Sheltering Generations.

Sheltering Generations the American Barn Book

Celebrating 40 Years

We journeyed across the country to #BrandtheBarn – 40 barns to be exact. It was a massive and colorful effort to mark the Certified Angus Beef® brand’s 40th anniversary. Along the way, we met wonderful people who shared stories, memories and a way of life that left us in awe. While it’s true that the kitchen is the heart of the home, for rural folks it is the barn that’s the heart of a family.
