Carnegie Pizza

Makes 30 appetizers

Crescent roll crust topped with seasoned cream cheese, corned beef, onion, olives, and Swiss cheese. Start your party deliciously with this easy Carnegie Pizza appetizer recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces Certified Angus Beef ® corned beef, thinly sliced and cut into small pieces
  • 2 (8-ounce) packages crescent roll dough
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 teaspoons dill weed
  • 4 teaspoons parsley
  • 4 teaspoons seasoning salt
  • 3 tablespoons capers
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped black olives
  • 3 cups shredded Swiss cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spread crescent roll dough in a 15 x 10-inch pan. Bake 10 to 15 minutes; cool.
  2. Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, capers, dill, parsley and seasoning salt. Spread over cooled dough. Sprinkle onion, olives and corned beef evenly over spread. Top with shredded Swiss cheese. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Cut pizza into 30 pieces.
