Cumin and Coriander Paste

Yields 3/4 cup; ideal for 2-3 pounds of Certified Angus Beef® brand product

The ancient blend of cumin and coriander give beef exquisite flavor. Make this easy paste recipe to infuse a steak with delightful aromatic spices.


  • 3 tablespoons cumin
  • 3 tablespoons coriander
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons grape seed oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Combine ingredients and rub onto selected Certified Angus Beef ® cuts. Place in a zipper-locking plastic bag and refrigerate 1 hour.
  2. Preheat grill to medium high. Grill steak to desired doneness.
  3. Remove steak from grill and let rest 5 minutes. Slice thinly across the grain.
