Seared Ranch Steaks with Roasted Rosemary Potatoes & Red Peppers

Serves 4

Only a few simple ingredients needed for incredible flavor. Make this easy Skillet Seared Ranch Steaks with Rosemary Roasted Potatoes and Red Peppers recipe for a hearty, comforting meal.

Ingredients:

  • 4 (6-ounce) Certified Angus Beef ® ranch steaks
  • 4 medium Yukon Gold potatoes, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1 red pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons minced fresh rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. In a medium mixing bowl, combine potatoes, olive oil, rosemary, salt and pepper. Roast on a baking sheet for 20 minutes. Toss in red peppers and roast an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
  2. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Sear ranch steaks to desired doneness. Remove from heat and allow steaks to rest 5 minutes before serving with roasted potatoes and peppers.
