Blackened Strip Steak and Brie Wrap

Serves 4

An incredible combination of spicy strip steak, creamy cheese, sweet preserves, crisp greens, and crunchy nuts wrapped together in a soft tortilla.

Ingredients:

  • 2 (12-ounce) Certified Angus Beef ® strip steaks
  • 3 tablespoons blackening spice
  • 4 ounces raspberry preserves
  • 4 large tortilla wraps
  • 8 ounces Brie cheese
  • 2 bunches watercress, cleaned
  • 4 ounces pistachios, toasted and chopped

Instructions:

  1. Preheat grill to medium high. Season strip steaks with blackening spice and grill over medium-high heat to desired doneness. Let rest 5 minutes and slice thin, against the grain.
  2. Preheat oven to 200°F. Spread raspberry preserves on wraps. Top with steak slices and Brie. Bake 3 to 5 minutes, just till cheese softens.
  3. Top with watercress and pistachios; roll into a wrap.
