  • 4 (4-ounce) Certified Angus Beef ® flat iron steaks
  • 1/3 cup bottled Italian dressing
  • 1/2 cup Lea & Perrins® Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 ounces feta or goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped oil-cured olives
  1. For marinade, combine salad dressing, Worcestershire sauce, onion, orange juice, oregano and salt; reserve 1/3 cup. Pour remaining marinade over flat iron steaks in large, zipper-locking plastic bag. Press air out of bag and close top securely. Turn bag over several times to coat steaks well. Marinate in refrigerator at least 30 minutes, turning bag over once.
  2. Remove steaks from marinade and discard marinade from bag. Place steaks on grill over medium heat. Grill, covered, to desired doneness, turning once. Serve topped with reserved marinade, cheese and olives.
