Ingredients:
  • 1/2 pound unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons minced sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil or 1 tablespoon sun-dried tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh basil
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh oregano
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 sheet parchment paper
Instructions:
  1. Cream butter in small bowl using a fork or electric mixer with paddle attachment. Gradually blend in all other ingredients.
  2. Transfer to a sheet of parchment, forming a narrow log; refrigerate. Slice as needed to top your favorite Certified Angus Beef® brand steak.
