Beef Barbecue and Coleslaw Wrap

Serves 4

Cooking barbecue with peppers and onions makes these wraps extra flavorful. Make Beef Barbecue and Coleslaw Wraps for a delicious hot lunch or quick dinner.


  • 1 pound Certified Angus Beef ® pre-cooked barbecue beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup chopped yellow bell peppers
  • 4 (10-inch) spinach or sun-dried tomato tortillas
  • 1 cup prepared coleslaw, drained


  1. Heat oil in pan; sauté onions and peppers until tender (about 3 minutes).
  2. Add barbecue beef; heat until warm.
  3. Divide mixture among tortillas, add coleslaw; wrap and serve.
