Roast Beef Pasta Salad

Yields 8 servings

Utilize deli-sliced roast beef to make an incredible pasta salad with olives, roasted peppers, feta, and green onions. A perfect dish for picnics and potlucks.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 pounds Certified Angus Beef ® deli roast beef, cut into strips
  • 10 ounces farfalle pasta
  • 6 ounces kalamata olives, chopped
  • 8 ounces roasted red peppers, chopped
  • 4 ounces feta cheese
  • 53/79 cup Italian dressing
  • 1/3 cup sliced green onions

Instructions:

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
  2. Combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate.
