Pastrami Panini

Makes about 40 bite-size portions
Perfect for game day or outdoor entertaining, this easy Pastrami Panini recipe will be a hit with your guests. Fire up the grill and get the party started with delicious finger food.
  • 1 pound Certified Angus Beef ® pastrami, thinly sliced
  • 1 ciabatta bread (14 to 15 inches long), sliced in half lengthwise
  • Barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 4 deli slices Swiss cheese
  • Butter pickles
  1. Assemble sandwiches by spreading both bread halves with barbecue sauce. Place pastrami, onion, cheese and pickles on bottom half and close sandwich with top half.
  2. Grill 5 to 6 minutes on Panini-style grill. Slice into bite-size pieces.
