Flat Iron Steak Italiano

Serves 4
Enhance a tender, juicy steak with this easy, 5-ingredient recipe. Flat iron steak rubbed with Italian herbs and grilled to perfection will be a hit at your next cookout.
  • 4 5-ounce Certified Angus Beef ® flat iron steaks
  • 3/4 teaspoon dried basil
  • 3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  1. Combine basil, oregano, garlic powder and salt in a small mixing bowl. Lightly rub seasonings into flat iron steaks and grill over medium heat for 13 to 17 minutes for medium doneness. Let steak rest 5 minutes; slice across the grain and serve.
