Grilled Ranch Steaks

You'll enjoy a special sweetness with Grilled Ranch Steaks. Brown sugar and teriyaki are a perfect balance of flavor with beefy sirloin.
  • 2 pounds boneless Certified Angus Beef ® top sirloin steaks, cut 1-inch thick
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon packed brown sugar
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  1. Blend teriyaki sauce, ketchup, brown sugar and garlic; reserve 1/4 cup. Pour remaining marinade over sirloin steaks in large, zipper-locking plastic bag. Press air out of bag and close top securely. Turn bag over several times to coat steaks well. Marinate in refrigerator at least 30 minutes, turning bag over once.
  2. Place steaks on grill; discard marinade. Grill steaks to desired doneness, brushing occasionally with reserved sauce.
