Ingredients:
  • 1 pound Certified Angus Beef ® ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons dark chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon kosher or sea salt
Instructions:
  1. Mix spices together; add to 1-pound of ground beef as it browns for taco meat.
