Ingredients:
1/2 pound unsalted butter, softened
2 teaspoons kosher salt
2 tablespoons minced sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil or 1 tablespoon sun-dried tomato paste
1 teaspoon minced fresh basil
1 teaspoon minced fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon minced fresh oregano
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 sheet parchment paper
Instructions:
Cream butter in small bowl using a fork or electric mixer with paddle attachment. Gradually blend in all other ingredients.
Transfer to a sheet of parchment, forming a narrow log; refrigerate. Slice as needed to top your favorite
