Impress your guests with lean tip center steaks marinated with garlic, spices, and balsamic then grilled to perfection and crowned with blue cheese. A true steak lover's delight!

Ingredients:
  • 4 (6-ounce) Certified Angus Beef ® tip center (or knuckle) steaks
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 4 ounces blue cheese
Instructions:
  1. Combine garlic, mustard, herbs, vinegar and vegetable oil.
  2. Place tip center steaks and marinade in a zipper-locking, plastic bag and marinate 6 to 8 hours in refrigerator. Remove steaks from plastic bag and discard marinade.
  3. Grill steaks to desired doneness.
  4. Sprinkle blue cheese on steaks.
