Ingredients:
  • 1 1/4 cups apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon chipotle powder (or hot sauce)
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions:
  1. Whisk together apple cider vinegar, tomato paste and brown sugar in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients.
  2. Serve with your favorite Certified Angus Beef ® smoked cut, like brisket, pulled chuck roll or back ribs.
  3. Transfer remaining sauce to an airtight container and store refrigerated, up to two weeks.
