Ingredients:
  • 1 pound Certified Angus Beef ® ground beef
  • 1/2 cup peeled, seeded and minced cucumber
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup finely diced yellow onion
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh mint
  • 2 tablespoons canned, diced green chilies
  • 1 tablespoon Garam Masala
  • 4 mini pitas, cut in half
Instructions:
  1. Combine cucumber, yogurt, lemon juice, dill and parsley in small mixing bowl; cover and refrigerate.
  2. Combine ground beef, onion, mint, chilies and Garam Masala; shape into 2-ounce patties. Grill or broil to desired doneness. Serve in pita pockets with yogurt sauce.
