Ingredients:
  • 1 pound Certified Angus Beef ® deli roast beef, thinly sliced
  • 8 strips bacon
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 small head green leaf lettuce
  • 8 slices sourdough bread
  • 1/4 cup Hellmann’s Jalapeño Ranch sauce
Instructions:
  1. PREP. Prepare all toppings by cooking bacon to package directions, thinly slicing avocado, washing and drying lettuce, and toasting the bread.
  2. BUILD SANDWICH. Shingle 1/4 of avocado slices on bottom slice of toast. Break bacon in half, shingle 4 pieces over avocado. Cover with 1/4 of roast beef then top with lettuce. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon jalapeño ranch sauce, top with toast.
