Thai spice rubbed and grilled flank steak served with coconut red curry sauce and jasmine rice is sure to be a family favorite. Make this easy recipe for a flavor-packed meal any day of the week.

  • 1 1/2 pounds Certified Angus Beef ® flank steak
  • 1 tablespoon dry chives
  • 2 teaspoons garlic granules
  • 1 teaspoon ancho chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 teaspoons dry ground ginger
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon red curry paste
  • 2 cups jasmine rice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Combine chives, garlic, chili powder, dry mustard, black pepper, sea salt and ginger to create a Thai rub.
  2. Season flank steak with rub and grill until desired doneness. Let rest 5 minutes, tented with foil.
  3. Heat coconut milk and curry paste in a small saucepan. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Slice steak thinly across the grain and serve with warm coconut curry sauce and jasmine rice.
