Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons cumin
  • 3 tablespoons coriander
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons grape seed oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Preferred Certified Angus Beef® steak cuts
Instructions:
  1. Combine ingredients and rub onto selected Certified Angus Beef® cuts. Place in a zipper-locking plastic bag and refrigerate 1 hour.
  2. Preheat grill to medium high. Grill steaks to desired doneness, rest 5 minutes before serving.
