  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons red pepper flakes, divided
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1 pound fettuccine
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 red onion, minced
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  1. Combine paprika, Italian seasoning, black pepper, salt, fennel seeds, garlic powder, onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes and cayenne to create an herb rub. 3. Place steak on grill over medium-high heat. Grill to desired doneness (125-130°F for medium rare) Transfer steak to cutting board and allow to rest 5 minutes. Slice across the grain into thin strips.
  4. Top fettuccine with Cajun steak strips.
