Make Bourbon Steak for a special summer meal! This easy dinner idea cooks up quickly on the grill for tender, flavorful steaks.

  • 1 1/2 pounds Certified Angus Beef ® top round steak cut 1 1/2 to 2 inches thick
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup bourbon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons fresh cracked pepper
  1. Combine soy sauce, bourbon, sugar, garlic, Dijon, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil and pepper in a mixing bowl; whisk until sugar is dissolved. Pour into a zip-top plastic bag and add top round steaks. Remove excess air and securely close bag.
  2. Marinate at least 6 hours or overnight for best results.
  3. Grill steaks over medium-high heat for 5 minutes per side and finish cooking through over indirect heat until steaks reach an internal temperature of 125°F for medium rare. Allow steaks to rest for at least 5 minutes before serving.
