  • 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
  • 3 scallions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped ginger
  • 1/4 cup sake
  • 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil
  1. Combine all ingredients and place in zipper-locking plastic bag with selected Certified Angus Beef® brand cut. Marinate overnight in refrigerator.
