Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups mayonnaise (Duke's preferred)
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons horseradish
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions:
Stir together all ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Transfer to an airtight container and store refrigerated, up to two weeks.
