Grilling Grilling

How to Grill Beef

Grilling is a fast and easy way to cook beef. High heat is applied directly to the surface of the beef, which sears the outside, creating a browned, flavorful crust.

From searing on a hot grill to flipping to resting, learn how to grill perfect beef cuts or burgers. Master the grill and your favorite Certified Angus Beef ® brand steaks: ribeye, sirloin, strip, T-bone, porterhouse, filet mignon and more.

Here’s how:

  • Preheat the grill; add meat when it’s hot
  • Never pierce beef with a fork or knife
  • Remove steaks from heat, cover with foil, rest 5 minutes
