SEASON. Season roast all over with salt, using 1 teaspoon per pound of roast. Combine brown sugar, granulated garlic, black pepper, coffee, thyme, oregano and seasoned salt. Season roast evenly all over with seasoning blend.
ROAST. Preheat oven to 450° F. Place roast in a roasting pan or sheet pan fitted with a wire rack. Oven sear roast for 15 minutes, reduce heat to 325° F; continue roasting 45 to 50 minutes or until the roast reaches an internal temperature of 115° F. Allow roast to rest 15 minutes before slicing.
