In large cast iron skillet, melt butter; toast the buns over medium heat, set aside.
In small mixing bowl combine mayonnaise, relish, ketchup, hot sauce, Worcestershire, granulated onion and paprika. Whisk to thoroughly combine; set aside.
Form the ground beef into 4 (6-ounce) patties, season with salt and pepper.
Heat the cast iron to medium high, add 2 burgers and 2 portions corned beef (3-ounces each) piled high. Cook corned beef for 2 minutes or until crispy, flip and cook for another 2 minutes. Cook beef patties for 4 minutes on first side, flip and top with crisped corned beef, a portion of sauerkraut and slice of cheese. Cook for 2 minutes, cover, cook another 2 minutes or until the beef reaches an internal temperature of 160° F. Repeat process for other 2 burgers.
Construct burgers by spooning an equal amount of sauce on bun bottoms, top with burger patty and top bun.
