Thoroughly combine softened butter with garlic, salt, pepper, shallots, parsley, sage and rosemary. Roll with plastic wrap into a log shape 1-inch in diameter; refrigerate 2 hours or until butter is solid.
Cut steak butter into 1/4-inch slices as needed. Serve on top of your favorite Certified Angus Beef®
steak.
Flavored butters can be refrigerated for 3 days or frozen for 4 weeks. Use a melon-ball scoop to portion refrigerated butter. When freezing a flavored butter, roll it into a cylinder-shape in plastic wrap, cover tightly and slice into teaspoon-sized rounds to serve.
