** Please read these sweepstakes rules carefully. These rules apply to all sweepstakes administered by Certified Angus Beef LLC. If you enter a Certified Angus Beef sweepstakes, we will assume that you have read these rules and that you agree to them.
1. Sweepstakes are hosted and sponsored by Certified Angus Beef LLC, 206 Riffle Rd. Wooster, Ohio 44691 and are open only to U.S. residents, 18 years of age or older. Employees of Certified Angus Beef LLC, and their immediate family members are ineligible to participate. The term “immediate family” shall include spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren.
2. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or to win. Odds of winning depend on the total combined number of valid entries received. Maximum limit of one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries will not be counted.
3. To enter, eligible individuals must submit a completed entry form located at https://www.certifiedangusbeef.com/en/bb-bg-26 Entries shall be deemed completed when received by Certified Angus Beef LLC. Entries must be submitted by the end date listed on the Sweepstakes. Late, incorrect or incomplete entries will not be accepted or considered and Certified Angus Beef accepts no responsibility for entries that are not received for any reason. Sweepstakes period will begin on December 22, 2025, and end on February 8, 2026.
4. All entries will be deemed to be made by the individual identified on the entry.
5. Certified Angus Beef LLC reserves the right to modify the Sweepstakes start and end dates at any time.
6. One (1) Sweepstakes winner will be drawn at random on February 9, 2026 by an employee of Certified Angus Beef LLC and their decision will be final.
7. Prize Package: a Weber (R) Grill, $2,000 worth of Certified Angus Beef (R) brand steaks and burgers, and a Certified Angus Brand Merch Package including: (1) Yeti cooler, (1) Richardson 312 Surge Snapback, (1) Deluxe Barbecue Grilling Set, (1) Classic Culinary Apron, (1) No Sleep Til Brisket Tee. The total retail prize value is $3,000.
8. Sweepstakes winner will be notified by email or through Facebook messenger. If Sweepstakes winner does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours, he/she will be deemed to have forfeited the prize and Certified Angus Beef will select at random an alternative prize winner.
9. Certified Angus Beef LLC has the right to publicize the name, likeness and photograph of Sweepstakes winner, without financial remuneration.
10. There will be no substitutions for any prizes except at the sole discretion of Certified Angus Beef LLC. Any substitutions shall be for a prize of similar value. No prize or part of a prize is exchangeable for cash. Prizes are not transferable or assignable.
11. Sweepstakes winner(s) are responsible for paying any local, county, state and federal taxes on prizes based on the estimated retail value of the prizes. Please contact a tax specialist should you have questions related to your tax obligations.
12. Sweepstakes winner will be asked to complete and sign a Form W-9 for prizes over $600.00.
13. At the discretion of Certified Angus Beef LLC, Sweepstakes winner may be asked to sign a standard release prior to receiving prize. By entering, entrants waive any all claims of liability against Certified Angus Beef LLC, and their respective parents, officers, directors, employees and agents, for any and all claims, loss, damage or injury which may occur as a result of entrant’s participation in a Sweepstakes.
14. Certified Angus Beef LLC reserves the right to amend its Sweepstakes rules at any time and to cancel the Sweepstakes if there is evidence of hacking, security breach, or other tampering; or if necessary due to any technical problems.
