1. Sweepstakes are hosted and sponsored by Certified Angus Beef LLC, 206 Riffle Rd. Wooster, Ohio 44691 and are open only to U.S. residents, 18 years of age or older. Employees of Certified Angus Beef LLC, and their immediate family members are ineligible to participate. The term “immediate family” shall include spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren.
2. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or to win. Odds of winning depend on the total combined number of valid entries received. Maximum limit of one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries will not be counted.
3. To enter, eligible individuals must submit a completed entry form located at www…………Entries shall be deemed completed when received by Certified Angus Beef LLC. Entries must be submitted by the end date listed on the Sweepstakes. Late, incorrect or incomplete entries will not be accepted or considered and Certified Angus Beef accepts no responsibility for entries that are not received for any reason.
4. All entries will be deemed to be made by the individual identified on the entry.
5. Certified Angus Beef LLC reserves the right to modify the Sweepstakes start and end dates at any time.
6. One (1) Sweepstakes winner will be drawn at random on …………, 2025 by an employee of Certified Angus Beef LLC and their decision will be final.

10. There will be no substitutions for any prizes except at the sole discretion of Certified Angus Beef LLC. Any substitutions shall be for a prize of similar value. No prize or part of a prize is exchangeable for cash. Prizes are not transferable or assignable.
11. Sweepstakes winner(s) are responsible for paying any local, county, state and federal taxes on prizes based on the estimated retail value of the prizes. Please contact a tax specialist should you have questions related to your tax obligations.
12. Sweepstakes winner will be asked to complete and sign a Form W-9 for prizes over $600.00.
13. At the discretion of Certified Angus Beef LLC, Sweepstakes winner may be asked to sign a standard release prior to receiving prize. By entering, entrants waive any all claims of liability against Certified Angus Beef LLC, and their respective parents, officers, directors, employees and agents, for any and all claims, loss, damage or injury which may occur as a result of entrant’s participation in a Sweepstakes.
