Herb Bouquet Rub

Yields 1 tablespoon, ideal for 1 pound Certified Angus Beef® brand product

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients and rub on selected Certified Angus Beef® brand cut just before grilling or cooking.
