Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 pounds Certified Angus Beef ® ground beef 80% lean
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon coarse kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
  • 12 ounces thin-sliced deli corned beef, separated into 4 equal amounts
  • 1 1/2 cups sauerkraut
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
Instructions:
  1. In large cast iron skillet, melt butter; toast the buns over medium heat, set aside.
  2. In small mixing bowl combine mayonnaise, relish, ketchup, hot sauce, Worcestershire, granulated onion and paprika. Whisk to thoroughly combine; set aside.
  3. Form the ground beef into 4 (6-ounce) patties, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Heat the cast iron to medium high, add 2 burgers and 2 portions corned beef (3-ounces each) piled high. Cook corned beef for 2 minutes or until crispy, flip and cook for another 2 minutes. Cook beef patties for 4 minutes on first side, flip and top with crisped corned beef, a portion of sauerkraut and slice of cheese. Cook for 2 minutes, cover, cook another 2 minutes or until the beef reaches an internal temperature of 160°F. Repeat process for other 2 burgers.
  5. Construct burgers by spooning an equal amount of sauce on bun bottoms, top with burger patty and top bun.
