Stuffed Jalapeños

Yields 8

Jalapeño peppers stuffed with ground chuck and cheese then wrapped in bacon and grilled. Make this easy appetizer recipe for a cookout, game day, or any festive occasion.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 pound Certified Angus Beef ® ground chuck
  • 3 ounces shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 4 large jalapeños, tops cut off and seeded
  • 4 slices bacon, cut in half

Instructions:

  1. Cook ground chuck in frying pan until no pink remains. Drain and allow to cool.
  2. Combine ground chuck with cheese; stuff jalapeños with beef mixture and wrap with bacon.
  3. Grill on medium heat until bacon is cooked and pepper is tender.
