Cumin and Coriander Rubbed Flank Steak

Serves 4


  • 2 pounds Certified Angus Beef ® flank steak
  • 3 tablespoons cumin
  • 3 tablespoons coriander
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons grape seed oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


  1. Combine ingredients and rub onto steak. Place in a zipper-locking plastic bag and refrigerate 1 hour.
  2. Preheat grill to medium high. Grill steak to desired doneness.
  3. Remove steak from grill and let rest 5 minutes. Slice thinly across the grain.
