Lime-Cilantro Butter

Yields 3/4 cup; ideal for 6 Certified Angus Beef ® steaks

Citrus herb butter melting on a hot steak is divine! Make this easy Lime-Cilantro Butter recipe to add a special flavor touch to tender, juicy steaks


  • 1 stick (4-ounces) butter, softened
  • Juice from 1/2 a lime
  • 1/4 teaspoon lime zest
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro


  1. In a standing mixer, combine butter, lime juice, zest and cilantro; roll with plastic wrap or parchment into a log shape and refrigerate 5-6 hours or until butter is solid.
