Grilled Ribeyes With Green Beans

Serves 4
Cooking an entire meal on the grill is easy with this recipe for grilled ribeyes with green beans, fennel, and tomatoes.
  • 4 (12-ounce) Certified Angus Beef ® ribeye steaks
  • 1 pound green beans, cleaned
  • 1 fennel bulb, thinly sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 shallot, peeled and minced
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup red wine
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Place beans, fennel, tomato, garlic, shallot, butter, red wine, salt and pepper onto an 18 inch square aluminum foil, creating a pouch. Seal tightly and place on medium high grill to steam, approximately 10 minutes.
  2. Season ribeye steaks with salt and pepper. Grill to medium rare or desired doneness. Remove steaks and let rest for 5 minutes.
  3. Serve steaks with green beans and sauce from pouch.
