Philly Steak Pita Sandwiches

Serves 6
Pitas loaded with steak, crunchy radishes, tomatoes, greens, parmesan, and a simple dressing. Make this easy Philly Steak Pita Sandwiches recipe for a crowd-pleasing lunch.
Ingredients:
  • 6 (5-ounce) portions Certified Angus Beef ® Philly steak
  • 6 (8–inch) pita bread rounds, cut in half horizontally creating two 8-inch rounds
  • 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced radishes
  • 4 ounces mixed greens
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup cup olive oil & vinegar salad dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
  1. Wrap pita rounds in heavy-duty foil and heat.
  2. Cook Philly steak and season with salt and pepper.
  3. To assemble, place tomato slices on six pita rounds, top with Philly steak, radishes, greens and Parmesan cheese. Drizzle with vinaigrette. Top with remaining pita rounds, cut and serve.
