Steak and Eggs Benedict

Serves 6
Only 5 simple ingredients for an elevated twist to a classic dish. Make this easy Steak and Eggs Benedict recipe for a special brunch or hearty breakfast.
  • 6 (10-ounce) Certified Angus Beef ® strip steaks
  • 12 eggs, poached
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 (9-ounce) package hollandaise mix, prepared according to directions
  • 1/4 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
  1. Cut each strip steak in half and season. Grill to desired doneness. Place one egg on each steak half.
  2. Put two steak halves with eggs on each plate. Top with hollandaise and crumbled bacon.
