Parisian Pizzazz Marinade

Yields 1 cup, ideal for 2 pounds Certified Angus Beef® brand product

Parisian Pizzazz Marinade will add a bright zing to your favorite cut of beef. Make this easy recipe to marinate steaks and roasts for a wonderful flavor burst.

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup dry, white wine
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Dijon-style mustard
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients and place in zipper-locking plastic bag with selected Certified Angus Beef® brand cut. Close bag, removing air. Refrigerate 15 minutes to 2 hours for flavor or 6 to 8 hours to tenderize. Grill or broil selected cut to desired doneness.
